We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not, we offer a 90-day return policy.

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 90 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. They will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label. orders@xpadelshop.com

• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll inspect them and process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Exclusions: Certain items such as personalized products or used equipment may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.
